Studies in the field of epigenetics are now showing that our external environment has a very strong influence on both our internal physiology and our mental/emotional condition. 

The human experience is something quite very complex and without the foundational knowledge of how to create balance and harmony within ourselves and our environment it is difficult to fully live the life of our Dreams.

Based on the daily requirements of the modern daily life, there is four different lifestyle areas that need our continuous awareness if we want to achieve and maintain a high level of vitality and productivity. 

These ''Pillars'' constitute what is called the Wheel of Health which means that in order to move in the direction of your desired Dream/Goal/Objective, balance need to be maintain throughout the Wheel. It will be extremely difficult to roll the Wheel if it is partially incomplete (Only focusing on 2 or 3 of the 4)

Lifestyle Foundational Principles

Everyday, we do things without necessarily paying attention to how and why we do these things. In other words, natural things like Breathing and Sleeping have become automatically programed and we often take them for granted. Looking at health from a Holistic perspective, it becomes evident that these principles are key players in the creation of a lasting practice of well-being.
